In response to your feedback and our research, we're excited to introduce a range of dynamic new features designed to enhance the management of your Equestrian Centre, empowering you to be the best you can be.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who participated in our research and feedback sessions. Your insights and perspectives have been instrumental in shaping our direction.

We are thrilled to unveil the release of our upgraded version.

We have streamlined all CTAs (call to action) buttons, ensuring a consistent appearance and functionality across all pages. Additionally, we've made styling improvements and improved the navigational ease of the system.

Courses, Activity Courses and Parties

We invested a significant amount of time and effort to make this process as convenient and seamless as possible.

New features include:

Payment in instalments
Ability to restrict visibility to a particular client on Courses and Activity Courses.
Each day can be filled with various activities and we've introduced a customisable “Activity Types” that allows you to create your own activity and choose a colour. You can also assign instructors or staff members to each activity, as well as specify the school or horse associated with it.
Easily continue adding more activities and days to your course by simply clicking a green plus button for more activities and Add Day button for more days.
Ability to copy an entire course
Ability to save drafts and finish the creation later.

Horses

We're simplifying things for you.

Now, all the details about your horses and their welfare can be found in one place.
Improved horse profile, easily upload a photo for each horse and see all the information in one spot with easy navigation.
There is the ability for tighter restrictions on lesson types.
Plus, we've made sure it works smoothly on mobile devices for an improved user experience.
A brand new feature allows you to reassign a horse's future lessons.

Introducing a new help documentation widget

To keep our pages uniform the assistance button will consistently remain in the left-hand corner in the Action Bar. Upon selecting it, you will encounter a new feature (as shown in the screenshot below), which will provide visual, step-by-step guidance on how to accomplish your intended task.

Index pages

Every index page will have a uniform appearance and offer identical filtering options when applied.

We added the "Clear Filters" feature to simplify the process of clearing all your selections
You can use EasyLinks to access essential information directly from your index page, eliminating the need to click the edit button, thanks to our introduction of clickable elements in the table data, such as hyperlinks for Client Names (as per the below screenshot).

Learning goals

We're thrilled to introduce a new feature that allows you to set learning goals for your clients based on their grades. You have control over sharing what goals your clients can and cannot see and are able to mark as complete allowing your clients to see and work towards the next grade.

To maximise your business management, we've clearly labelled, detailed, and categorised your reports. This organisation aids in quickly finding the appropriate report and understanding its contents.
